Contracts

Floatist Contracts lets you generate and send legally binding charter contracts directly from a booking. Templates are prefilled with booking data (customer name, boat, dates, contact info, and any details pulled from integrations like MMK or NauSYS), and clients sign digitally from any device, with no printing, scanning, or manual follow-up.

Contracts is a premium feature that integrates with a third-party e-signing provider to ensure signatures are secure and legally valid. To get started or add templates, please contact support@floatist.com.
