This page explains what Floatist does with your NauSYS data after the integration is set up.

Which way data flows

• NauSYS → Floatist (the main flow). Floatist pulls your NauSYS reservations and turns them into Floatist bookings, keeping them in sync. This is on by default.
• Floatist → NauSYS (optional). Floatist can also push to NauSYS, but only to block availability with an option — this may be used for the MMK & NauSYS bridge.

Sync frequency

NauSYS bookings now sync much faster, allowing your booking team to use the Floatist booking calendar as a source of truth across multiple platforms.

Pull (NauSYS → Floatist)

• Now to 4 months out — syncs every 15 minutes
• 5 to 12 months out — syncs every hour
• 13 to 24 months out — syncs every 6 hours

This is an initial improvement — more syncing speed and integration improvements are coming soon.

Guest Details

NauSYS provides a single client record on the reservation, so Floatist simply uses it directly.

Guest info updates on every sync

Floatist re-syncs the guest name, email, and phone from NauSYS on every sync — there is no lock after first import. If you need to correct contact details, update them in NauSYS and they will pull through on the next sync. To manage a booking’s contact details independently in Floatist, detach it from the integration first.

Note: NauSYS bookings don’t have the full Integration tab that MMK bookings do — they carry just the core booking details rather than a deep snapshot.

Which reservations sync

Only NauSYS reservations with the status Reservation become Floatist bookings. Options and other states are not imported.

Pushing to NauSYS

NauSYS only accepts Saturday-to-Saturday options — a booking on other dates won’t sync to NauSYS and will flag an invalid-dates status. See what the sync statuses mean.
