Whitelabeling

Whitelabeling puts your brand on both Floatist apps, so your guests and your team see your company, not Floatist.

For your guests. Guests see your branding from the first time they open the guest app until the end of their charter. The app they use for check-in, boarding passes and charter information looks like it belongs to the company they booked with.

For your team. Your booking and base teams use Floatist as your company’s own tool, not as a separate piece of software sitting next to the rest of your systems.

Whitelabeling covers both apps:

  1. Operator app (internal): the app your booking and operations teams use every day.
  2. Guest app (client-facing): the app your guests use before and during their charter.

For both apps you get:

  • Your logo and brand colours, replacing the Floatist logo and colours.
  • A branded subdomain, for example app.yourcompany.hub.floatist.com.
  • No Floatist logo or branding in either app. The only exceptions are the URL and Floatist support for your staff in the operator app.

Branding applies across your whole fleet, at every base.

  • Changes to layout, features or workflows. Customisation is limited to your logo and colours. Both apps work exactly as they do today.
  • A fully custom domain. The apps run on a floatist.com subdomain, so both your brand and Floatist appear in the URL.

Whitelabeling is set up by the Floatist team. You send us your logo and brand colours, and we configure both apps for you. There’s nothing to change in your settings.
