Overview

Floatist is a Fleet and Charter Management solution. It provides a centralized, easy-to-use platform that simplifies every aspect of yacht management, from maintenance to customer interactions.

The following diagram explains what Floatist is from a high-level perspective:

• The main resource in Floatist is a yacht. Each individual yacht is modelled with images, technical information, plans, manuals and checklists.

• We then have 3 main interconnected modules:

  • Task management: Everything in Floatist is a task. Tasks are used for one-off maintenance, planned maintenance and checks, but can be used for any action someone in your team has to do. Tasks are the foundation for billing.

  • Booking platform: All round booking management. Import and synchronization with external systems, digital check-ins, extras, guest apps…

  • Inventory Management: Stock management + item tracking (integrated with tasks)

• Surrounding these 3 modules, Floatist also provides:

  • User management: You can map your company’s organizations into users and roles. Each role (technician, cleaner, base manager) gets a customized view of the app.
  • Reporting: Advanced reporting across the board
  • Activity stream: Every single action in Floatist is recorded in an Activity stream. This lets you track who did what and when.
  • Notifications: Configurable real-time push notifications (both mobile and desktop) to be always up to date and be able to react fast.
